One of our newer projects, the Stress Management Workshops aim to equip caregivers of Child Development Centres (Residential Care) with skills to help them manage their stress whilst at work. Their jobs are incredibly demanding as they work with children who have had a difficult start to life. We aim to ensure the caregivers, who do such important work, are able to provide the best care they can, every day. We have delivered four sessions over the last few weeks, reaching over 80 caregivers from children's homes in the Western Province.
